The Gewürztraminer has a spicy character, full of fruit on the nose and has a soft, full palate. He gives himself well as an aperitif, with spicy dishes, with cheese and even desserts. This white wine is produced by the winery Marti Chang located in the Alsace wine region, northeast of France. Marti Chang is a small family vintners mainly Alsace white wines.

Château Pascaud Bordeaux Supérieur AC: This lovely red wine consists of 90% Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon 10%. It is produced in Galgon, a few kilometers outside Saint Emilion and Pomerol located. It is a dark red wine with a good transparency with elegant tears. Rooiberg Pinotage 2003 This wonderful red wine is made by Eduard Malherbe. The vineyards are located in the Robertson wine region (approx. 200 km from Cape Town) in South Africa. The wine is made from 100% Pinotage (mono-varietal; cross between Cinsault and Cabernet Franc). Additionally, this full-bodied red wine had 12 months wood aging in French oak. Rooiberg Pinotage has an attractive deep red color. You will be overwhelmed by the typical character of the Pinotage grapes. That makes this wine so unique!
