  1. Orders will be delivered only in the locations mentioned on the site.   
  2. Delivery date should be chosen as per the available countrywise/productwise dates in the website. Orders should preferably be placed well in advance of the delivery date. For SOS deliveries, please contact us for possibilities.
  3. No delivery is possible on Sunday's and Holidays except in Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan. For SOS deliveries, please contact us for possibilities.
  4. For countries like UAE, no delivery is possible on Friday.
  5. Correct ZIP Code and correct phone number of the recipient is a must. We shall not be responsible for failure of delivery due to wrong information provided to us.
  6. For any international delivery sent through courier, any extra custom or other charges/duties levied by the government department of recipient's country will have to be borne by the recipient/customer itself and we shall not be liable for the same.
  7. For any combo order, if one item is delivered and another is not delivered, only part refund for the item not delivered can be done. Cancellation of the full order will not be possible under any circumstances. 
  8. We believe in providing our customer the best quality. To maintain the freshness, flowers, cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location and are mostly hand delivered. Thus in all such cases exact design and look and feel is difficult to maintain and may change without notice. In case of unavailability, we reserve the right to change basket/vase etc. in all cases without notice.  
  9. Delivery will not be redirected/ redelivered to any other address. We will attempt delivery of the items only once. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery may be possible. For re-delivery with extra delivery charge, please contact us. Orders are considered to be executed in the below cases:
    • Recipient not available
    • Delivery not done due to wrong address.
    • Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/ not working/ no reply or not connecting/ reachable and delivery is not done.
    • Recipient refused the products.
    • Premises locked.
    • Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor.
  10. Images are indicative only. Though we try our level best to deliver as per the image shown, designs may vary & are subject to availability of flowers / consumables on any particular day. We reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified color) / other products with equal or higher value in case of non-availability of the desired product. No refund/ re-delivery claim in this respect will be entertained.
  11. No change in instructions can be entertained on the date of delivery unless acknowledged and confirmed in writing by our customer support team.
  12. In case a customer wants to cancel an order he needs to do it at least 24 Hours before the date of delivery or the date of shipment. However in all such cases 7% of the ordered amount will be deducted towards credit card processing & handling expenses.
  13. We will not entertain any complaint of any order after 2 (Two) days from the date of delivery of the order in case of perishable items.
  14. We are not responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of customer’s account and password. Customers will be solely responsible for all activities that occur under their accounts and passwords. We also do not sell products for purchase by children. We may sell children’s products but to be purchased by adults.
  15. RightFlorist.com and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion without assigning any reason thereof.
  16. Prices of items which are subject to MRP restrictions are being sold on the website after adding up costs of our services, delivery and online transactions cost. The distribution could not be shown separately due to technical restrictions and are taken to be understood.
  17. Deliveries are subjected to approval and confirmation of customer’s credit card. In case customer fails to pay for a delivery duly made, the payment may be taken from the recipient after due notice to customer. Any attempted or failed delivery due to wrong address may be charged.
  18. If Order is delayed due to Late Credit Card processing or any extra ordinary circumstances, it may be delivered at next available date with a notice to customer but without getting customer’s specific consent in this regard.
  19. RightFlorist.com reserves the right to refuse delivery of any order without assigning any reason whatsoever to the customer. However, in all such cases RightFlorist.com will refund the amount paid by customer in full.
  20. All items purchased from Rightflorist.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier /network florist.

  2. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of local court at the place of registered office of RightFlorist.com only.
  3. If RightFlorist.com is unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery.

Refund Policy
 
  1. Under what circumstances when refund is possible

    Refund is possible under the following circumstances:
    1. Order is cancelled upon request.
      To cancel the order, please write to us using the Contact us Page. However in all such cases 7% of the ordered amount will be deducted towards credit card & general processing expenses.
    2. NON Delivery of flower/gift
      If the customer has ordered the flower/gift types and the order at that particular moment and cannot be fulfilled within the specified time, the customer will be informed and will be given 100% refund.
    3. Destination of delivery is beyond our coverage.
      In case any area is out of our specified city list or in case any area is not accessible for any reason beyond our control.
    4. RightFlorist.com reserves the right to refuse delivery of any order without assigning any reason whatsoever to the customer. However, in all such cases RightFlorist.com will refund the amount paid by customer in full.
    5. We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of items or the item was damaged due to mishandling by our delivery staff. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
  2. How is the refund procedure being carried out?
    Refund will be carried out within 15 days once one of the above mentioned criteria is met. Once the refund has been successfully processed, you will receive a refund notification via email. Safe keep this refund notification for checking against your monthly credit card bill.

Substitution Policy

Under what circumstances will my order of Flowers/Gifts be substituted?

Your order of Flowers/Gifts may be substituted with a different type of flower/gift or colour depending on availability. The basket or the vase may also be changed depending upon availability. The design or presentation may also be changed. It may not always be possible to take prior approval of customer due to time constraints and we are not bound by the same. However, the standard of professionalism, the quality and the value of the gift will always be maintained.
